How to store honey properly

For centuries, honey has been used for medicinal and food purposes. This sweet and savory food that is produced by bees and some insects has been around for ages. Bees produce honey by the nectar of flowering plants, and then saved inside a beehive for eating during times when it is scarce. Bees regurgitate liquid to one another and this process is repeated until the nectar is placed into the honeycomb.
Honey is made by bees collecting the juice secreted by the nectar glands of plants and brewing it fully. The main component of honey is sugar, of which 60% to 80% is glucose and fructose, which can be easily absorbed by human body.
How to Store Honey
1. When you buy honey home, store it in non-metallic containers such as ceramic and non-toxic plastic, not in iron containers! Honey should be stored in a cool, dry, clean, ventilated environment where the temperature is maintained at 5-10°C and the air humidity does not exceed 75%.
2. Honey should be stored in a sealed container. The tools used to take honey should be washed and dried to prevent moisture from entering, and moisture dissolved in honey can easily ferment and deteriorate.
3. It is advisable to keep honey at a low temperature and away from light.
Serving Method
Honey radish: take fresh white radish, wash it, dice it, boil it in boiling water and take it out, control the water, dry it for half a day, then put it in a pot with 150 grams of honey, boil it over low heat and mix it well, cool it and take it. Suitable for indigestion, regurgitation, vomiting, coughs, etc.
Fresh lily and honey: 50 grams of fresh lily, 1 to 2 tbsp of honey. Put lily in a bowl, steam on the drawer, and mix with honey when it is warm. Take before bedtime, suitable for insomnia patients often eat.
Lemon and honey in water: Buy a whole fresh lemon, put the lemon slices in a small glass bottle, put a piece of lemon and sprinkle some honey on it, put a piece of sprinkle a little, until the whole lemon is filled, so then cover it and put it in the refrigerator, it is good for preservation, not to be wasted. When you want to drink, take a piece of lemon and put it in a cup, then add a spoonful of honey and mix it with warm water, boiling water will destroy the honey. Lemon will be very sour; you can add more honey, according to your taste!
It is better to take it 1.5 to 2 hours after meals every day. Take one teaspoon orally each time, with warm water below 60°C.
